The Higher Education and Research Organization Commission was created in 2011.

  • Vice-chaired by Céline Fasulo, vice dean of IMT Lille Douai
  • Vice-chaired by Romain Laffont, dean of Polytech Marseille


 

The role of the
Higher Education and Research Organization Commission


The members of the Higher Education and Research Organization Commission are in charge of all topics related to attractiveness and competitiveness of territories, to sites policies of higher education and research and to schools networking and branding strategies.

The Higher Education and Research Organization Commission also examines the schools of engineering governance models and reflects about how to value the schools of engineering position in the higher education territorial network.
 

The priority topics of the
Higher Education and Research Organization Commission


The Higher Education and Research Organization Commission has set the following priorities:

  • following the establishment of pools of higher education and research institutions,
  • valuing and structuring the technological pathway and implementing great technology institutions,
  • sharing good practice regarding the management of schools of engineering,
  • reflecting on national schools networks’ coordination (Mines-Télécom, UT, INSA, etc.),
  • valuing cooperations between public and private schools and identifying good practice.
